Subscription Clear Terms Disclosure

We want to make our subscription as simple and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to read the following so you know exactly how everything works.

Subscriptions & Free First Envelope

  • When you sign up, you will immediately receive the current month’s Enchanted Envelope for free as a welcome gift.
  • After this, your subscription continues automatically unless cancelled.

Billing

  • Payments are taken on the 20th of every month.
  • Example: If you join on the 5th October, you’ll receive October’s envelope for free. On 20th October, your first payment will be taken, and you’ll receive November’s envelope.
  • We always aim to dispatch your next month’s design before the start of the new month, so you receive it in time.

Delivery

  • Your Enchanted Envelope will be posted to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your details are correct — we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.

Cancellations & Changes

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before the 20th to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • Changes to your payment details or address must be updated before the 20th to apply to the next billing cycle.

Refunds & Returns

  • As each Enchanted Envelope is a surprise selection, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once your payment has been processed.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
